Yes. Each Bellamare piece is handmade to order, often based on custom measurements. Every item is individually crafted with precision and care.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
As a small business creating made-to-order jewelry, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if you experience any issues, please contact us immediately upon receiving your package at bellamarejewelry@gmail.com — we’ll always do our best to help.
How should I care for my 18K gold jewelry?
Gold is made to last, but it deserves gentle care. Avoid exposure to chemicals, perfumes, and impact. Store each piece separately in its pouch or box to prevent scratches. With proper care, your Bellamare Jewelry will remain as timeless as the day it was made.
Can I shower or swim with my jewelry?
While 18K gold doesn’t tarnish, we recommend removing your jewelry before swimming, showering, or applying products to preserve its polish and shine.
How long will my order take to ship?
Please expect at least 2–3 weeks for production before shipping, as each piece is handmade to order. We’ll always do our best to communicate timing and updates with you throughout the process.
